Everyone I dealt with between my initial call and job completion were great. However, the minute the job was complete, everything changed. I tried calling and texting the salesman to ask a question. Neither was ever answered. So I called the office. The first time, an accountant answered and, after hearing the reason for my call, said she would have the project manager give me a call. I waited three days and called again. Nobody answered, and there was no voice mail or answering machine to leave a message. I called the office twice a day for the next three days, and the phone was never answered. That was almost three weeks ago. I have not received a phone call, text, email, visit, nothing. Their work seems to be good, though I have no experience to base that judgement on. However, their service after the sale is non-existent. If you have any questions after the job is finished, look for an answer anywhere EXCEPT the company you paid to do the job, McGhee Excavation.

McGhee did a great job! I kept adding to the scope of work and they worked it all in. Very happy with their work.

I was very impressed with the team from McGhee's from start to finish. They were punctual. They were excellent communicators. They brought creative ideas to make the project better. They were respectful of our home and property. They understood my vision and delivered. They addressed my questions prior to signing the contract. They delivered the project in a timely manner. I don't give reviews lightly but in this case we are absolutely happy with our patio, driveway extension, and new driveway apron. We have already enjoyed evenings on the patio!!!!

McGhee Excavation and Concrete Works did a fantastic job on my driveway. Justin and his crew did everything he said they would do. They were there on Wednesday and removed and hauled away my 54 year old driveway. The formed it up. Poured the concrete on Friday. Finished up on Saturday and the driveway looks Awesome!I highly recommend McGhee for all your Concrete needs!!! I put 3 photos of the old driveway and 2 of the new!!

Everyone at McGhee was a pleasure to work with. Shawna gave us a quick and very detailed estimate. She also discussed many options. The week before the job was to begin we met with John, the project manager. He again discussed options and made sure, we would get exactly what we wanted. Our job was very large for a residential project and took 3 days: 1 for demo, 1 to pour the garage and 1 to pour the driveway. Edwardo and his crew did a great job pouring and finishing the concrete. They took great pains to insure the concrete didn’t splash onto wall or other places where it was unwelcome. At the end of the job, not only did we have a wonderful garage floor and driveway, exactly how we wanted it, but all debris and garbage had been removed, everything looked great. John again walked us around the project to ensure everything was to our liking and walked us through what to expect as the concrete cures.Overall, a great experience. We would highly recommend McGhee Excavation & Concrete Works to our friends and anyone needing concrete work.
